Looking for do it yourself decal paper and instructions. Can you guys reccomend me to a store that sells really good decal paper and/ instructions on how to go by making your own decals? Thanks

I don't know of a store, especially in your part of the world.  I have used Testors decal paper, and it is good.  Most well-stocked hobby shops carry it.  Some of the better craft & hobby shops here in the States do as well, such as Hobby Lobby.  I have also ordered it from Papilio Art Supply.
I use an HP 6110 All-in-One office jet. By using the "Best" print setting and selecting premium quality gloss photo paper in the print preferences, I get great results.

Thanks Gino. I managed to find a store in my neck of the woods who sell exactly the brand you bought. Thanks for the tip about the printer. I'll keep that in mind.
