Yes they are. It's like the old line, insanity is hereditary, you get it from your kids. Cat owners are driven mad by their cats.

Well, I'm 3rd generation{passed down from my father and from his} faithful reader of "101 uses for dead cats"{no offense to those who actually like cats}...I claim it's hereditary for me...well that's what I claim anyway.... :-)

Cats are great pets. You don't have to take them for a walk. They don't slobber all over you. They eat less. They are capable (and willing) to catch their own food. And when a cat likes you, he really likes you.

And cats do NOT need fancy toilets. Some owners need fancy cat toilets. Just like they need the latest whatever fad.

I like cats
I'm not keen on dogs.
When I meet dogs on farms (when I collect milk) they tend to crawl away...
