I got "stranded" in the wider Hallifax area in Nova Scotia. Since I will be here for the next few (14) weeks I was wondering if anyone can help me out by pointing me to a LHS in the area.

thanks in advance

Hey there GH,

There are 2 hobby shops in the Halifax area, both are fairly close to each other, one is much better than the other, but we will start off with the so so one.

Nautilus Aquatics and Hobbies

Located at:
6164 Quinpool Road
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
B3L 1A3
(902) 454-4296
(902) 423-0007 fax

They carry the run of the mill kits, I have found that he carries more car kits than anything, but does have a good selection of armor and aircraft as well. Also the only place to get Gunze paint.

Now on to the king daddy of hobby shops in the area:

Maritime Hobbies and Crafts

Located at:
1521 Grafton St. Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 2B9
(On the corner of Grafton St. and Spring Garden Rd.)
(902)-423-8870

They have everything from models to books, PE, resin update sets, trains, rockets, RC, airbrushes, a real to life true hobby shop. Multiple lines of paint.

Like I said, Nautilus is ok, decent place, but the better of the 2 is Maritime Hobbies.

Tell them Scott from CAMS in New Brunswick sent you!!!!
