Must have been expensive to build this model !

My dad made one of these of normal plastic and it looked good too but then again , 15 years is along time and solid silver parts ?

I'm thinking the same thing...how expensive that Hind must be. Architecture building models cost thousands of dollars and are laser-cut. For this guy to use a microscope to make the parts, the cost is priceless.

With skills like that, I do wonder if it would be more profitable making other things...like custom Swiss watches for instance.
