You can get the Waldron punch and die set from rollmodels.com or if you have access to a manual mill or drill press you can make one easy. All you need is a flat piece of steel, a flat piece of aluminum (or polycarbonate), 2 steel pins to keep the punch guide (aluminum / polycarbonate piece) aligned to the die (steel), and drill bits to drill the holes and act as the punch pins as well. Just after drilling the holes through both pieces, grind the back of the drill bit flat and your all set.

I have both waldron punch sets but there are some hole diameters I needed so I made one at work and it works great. I hope this helps.
