Is there any stuff that can be used to glue plexiglass (for display case)?

triclorethylen anesthetic sprays can be used to glue plexiglass..It bonds hard but turns a yellowish color in years..

I have used dichlorethane when I lived in Russia, but I doubt I can buy something like this here in the US.
