Hey Guys, I just wanted to take the time to ask for your support and prayers for two of my fellow officers who were involved in a shooting last night here in Indianapolis. Both are very good friends of mine and my wife and their's all know each other and we hang out socially. It happened last night at 10:35 pm, Jay was hit in the radio on his belt, which deflected the shot into his hip for a grazing injury. Eric took the first shot into his stomach, just below his vest. He was then hit twice in the buttock as he turned from the shooter and then again in the knee. He returned fire from the ground on his back, while Jay also retuned fire. Eric has already had two surguries. This has been really devasting for our department and our families and we really good use your prayers. Again thanks for listening.

p.s. and yes they did kill the sob

Sorry to hear about your friends, but glad to hear they killed the worthless POS. That will save everyone an expensive trial! Hopefully, he cought one in the face and will have a closed casket funeral! I will never understand why people commit crimes like that. Wish your friends my best, and I wish them a speedy recovery!

I'll certainly be praying for them. Please thank them for all of us for what they do and how they keep us out of danger by putting themselves in it!

I abhore this kinda stuff when scum takes our brave police out of action and endangers their lives. I think it should be a mandatory death sentance to anyone who shoots it out with police.
