Here is a little joke to make you laugh

If anyone. says to you, you don't know jack Schitt, you can tell them this.

Jack Schiff is the only son of Awe Schitt
Awe Shift, the fertilizer magnate married
0 Schitt', the owner of Nee-deep 'N'. Schitt Inc
They had one son, Jack

In turn Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt
The deeply religious couple produced
Six children, Holly Schitt, Giva Schitt,
Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt,, and the twins
Deap Schiff and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents' objections, Deap Schitt, married
Dumb Schitt,, a high school dropout

After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt, divorced
Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and because her kids
Were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name
She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock

Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they produced a son
With a rather nervous disposition name Chicken Schitt
Two of the other six children, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt,
Were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married
The Happened brothers in a dual ceremony
The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced
The Schitt-Happens nuptials

The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, Hoarse and Bull ,
The prodigal son left home to tour the world.
He recently returned from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt.

Now when some says, "You don't know Jack Schitt,"
You can correct them

Sincerely

Crock O'Schitt

Good one Alasdair!
Printed it out for the folks at work.
Always wondered about the linage of the Schitt family.
A friend of mine thought he was married to a Schitt, (at least he claims this all the time) but this clarifies it otherwise.

Cheers,
Charles

Very good Alasdair, seen this before but always makes me smile.

The reason that this was removed from General modelling is because it doesn't actually have anything at all to do with modelling and should have been posted in the "Spare Parts" forum. Most here do have a sense of homour but these kind of things need to be posted in the proper place

Maybe, but this is a community issue, ie, British MOT tax. Also notice that I haven't moved your topic to the "Spare Parts" forum, this is because it isn't doing any harm here and it's nice to have the odd joke

Alasdair,
In answer to your question, no I won't be coming east to AMPS. I need to save my $ so I can come back to the U.K. (flight, hotel etc)
Then I need bribe money to get myself in as an honorary member of the "The Research Squad"

Cheers,
Charles

Alasdair, unfortunately this is now posted in the "Spare Parts" forum, moved by a moderator. It is policy not to post the same topic in more than one forum, so in which one would you you prefer it to remain? (it would be easier to have it in the Spare Parts Forum).

I can't do that, as I don't moderate the other forum Which is why it's easier to remove this one

There has to be some rules or the whole thing would come crashing down. The joke isn't that funny when posted in the wrong forum, you may not realise it but some members didn't like the fact that you "broke" the rules. Modelling subjects in the modelling forums, subjects without a home (jokes) in the "Spare Parts" forum, which is what it's there for.
