Ladies & Gents,
Apparently, for the second time in six months, someone has accessed my eBay account but instead of me auctioning off antique cars it appears this time it had something to do with pornography. If anyone, a member of their family or co-workers viewed an item that was listed by seller y2katc and was offended in any way, please accept my sincere and heartfelt apology. When the last item arrives that I have won, I will close the account and will not be doing business via that avenue any longer. I will hopefully be able to continue doing business with the members of this forum in the future. Again please accept my apologies for the illegal activities of unscrupulous individuals. Anybody that knows me will vouch that I am not into that garbage. I wish you all the best.
Very respectfully,
Lauren A. Blakley

P.S. Now I have to come up with another half dozen passwords that I'll remember.

Did you find out how the person hacked your eBay account? I've been an eBay member for 10 years this Sept and have yet to have my account hacked. I do have phishing and spoof e-mails sent to me on occasion by people pretending to be buyers, sellers or eBay admin, but I've never taken the bait on those.

Robin,

I think it was a Phishing scam/fake eBay e-mail.
