hi there
i`m building tamiya`s m20
and i want to add the electrical wire`s
from the radio
and those next to the driver`s compartment
does anyone know how thick these cables are?

Are you talking about the cables that run to the FT-237 radio mount, or the aux cables for the hand mike, headsets, etc.?

The FT-237 cables are about 1/2 inch in diameter and 8 foot in length, whereas the others are about 1/8 inch and are 6 foot long each. There is also a 12 inch cable that runs from the BC-600 Commo box located on the driver's left side that runs through the bulkhead into the hull that ties into the motherboard.

My brother & I spent over 3 years doing a 100% ground up FACTORY restoration on an 1944 FORD M-8 Armored Car that he bought as a basket case frrom a Georgia scrapyard, so I managed to learn WAY MORE than I ever wanted to know about the M8-M20 series vehicles.
