This question was posed tonight at our club meeting as we were discussing my traveling to England the week after next. Weall said that we would like to attend the UK "nationals" one day and would our IPMS membership transfer over there to allow us to participate in the contest?
thanks in advance

You might try asking this over at:
IPMS-Armorama-UK You may need to log in again to access the site.
Hope that helps.

I think you would need to contact IMPS UK
Details here Where in the UK are you staying?? There is a big model show on in Milton Keynes on 4th Feb - IPMS UK are there and you would be made more than welcome if you make yourself known.

From what i am aware you can enter the UK IMPS nationals as long as you have a valid and upto date IMPS membership.
Models for the comp can be entered on the day by overseas members, UK members need to pre register.

Shame you won't be about, but have a great trip, and let us know if you are going to make it for the nationals any year - you will recieve a warm welcome on the IPMS Kitmaker UK stand, and i believe there are some after show activities

that you would be welcome to join in with.
