Wasn't this, or something like it, featured in one of the James Bond movies? The one with Halle Berry?

With as mild of temperatures as it has been the last little while, I wonder how long they will be able to keep this hotel going. We usually go skiing at Åre, which is a bit south of the Ice Hotel (roughly 600km), and this year is no exception, but now when we checked our arrangements many of the slopes don't have enough snow to ski on. This is the place where the World Cup will be held in a few weeks time. I guess the snow canons will be going day and night to be able to compete.

I know what you mean!!! It was snowing like crazy last night, but now this morning everything has gone with the rain! I would be happy right now for some freezing temperatures, I can't even go ice skating!! Tripple sigh...
