Here's info on the SVSM's 2007 Kickoff Classic contest. It will be held on April 14, 2007 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. For all of the information on the contest go here.

I am happy to hear about the new digs at the Santa Clara Convention Center. I think that will go over well.
I am however concerned about the shift to April (from February) for the show. I was talking to someone at Tamiya USA last month and they were pretty confident that April 14-15 would be the weekend for TamiyaCon. So let's hope he was wrong and the shift it to another weekend. The schedule gets pretty croweded that time of year though.
I am guessing this was the only time they could reserve the venue?
