In formcdescription or formcontest?????

Or do I put them in neither??

Which campaign are you running? Once your application has been approved the particpants sign themselves up through the system

Nothing to do until your application is approved besides getting your ribbon image created. You'll have to read the rules on the ribbon specs as I do not know them.
