Hi all,

I have found some nice airbrushes on a site, dixieart.com, based in the US. Does anyone have any dealings or opinions on these guys, specifically on international deliveries to the UK.

I noticed that they were a lot cheaper than other sites, and my cynical side was ringing alarm bells...

Thanks

Dave

Dave, I can't comment on international delivery, but I have ordered from them a number of times here in the USA and have had no problems. They definitely have some of the best prices around.

Mike

Dave,

I haven't done any online business with them but I have purchased from them at their store. They are a very reputable business. Dixie Art is alway a must stop for me when I'm in New Orleans.

Dave I purchased my current Iwata from Dixie Art and had it shipped to me in Australia. Their service was excellent and their prices great, I had no problems what so ever.

Shop with confidence.

Cheers

Hi Dave,

I just recently purchased a Badger 200G from Dixieart, my 1st dealings with them. They indeed had the best prices, I recieved it within about 10 days, and free shipping...

That's pretty good in my book!

I bought an Iwata airbrush & compressor and a Artograph spraybooth from them. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Now if I can just find the time to get them all together and use them :-)

I agree, they have great service here in the States. I don't know how they will do with overseas issues.

Hi Andy,

Just had a look at them, looks pretty good to me. There really is not much in it when delivery cost are taken into account

Thanks

Superb. Awesome. Great. I've bought tons of stuff through them; good turn around times, great prices. And the bonus:

SOMEONE THERE AT THE PHONE... IN THE SHOP... TO TAKE YOUR ORDER.

Real people. Real art store. Real service.

These guys are just great. I can't recommend them enough. Free shipping after $60 too.

Absolutely true. I have ordered it from these guys for years, and they're awesome. I'm sure you could order and have anything shipped internationally, just contact them. Agree with this comment 100%.

I also have dealt with Bear Air, but they stopped stocking Iwatas due to a dispute with the company (or something like that.)

There's also coast airbrush.

inqziter, Did you happen to check the date on the original post dude?

Why dig up old posts like this, especially when you have already posted (long after the fact) once.
