Harsh call on poor old marmite though.LOL
Since I come from a country or perhaps more aptly a "colony" (New Zealand) where marmite like rugby is an institution that the tile should be more like "Someone else hates stale bread". Especially as I note the bread itself appears from a detail point of view to be devoid of any topping (jam, marmalade or marmite or otherwise) LOL

Sean, it's hard to tell, but the horse is actually reversing and he is trying to remove the sword from the bread, indicating the presence of Marmite
