I came up with it and thought we could all build ourselves a tool or two and share our creations with each other in a campaign.

Anyone want to join in?????
BTW its already been submited.

Sounds cool. You're talking like a tool for building models, correct?

Yep, this is a good idea.

Would we have to come up with something never build before? Or can be make one base on an existing homemade one?

Sounds like a great idea. Isn't one of the aims of this forum, to enable modellers to share ideas and thereby help one another?

I'll be a starter for one.

cheers

I don't see Why a modification won't work........... It could lead to building a new one anyway.

RichardM: You can make one from your own idea. You can add on to an existing tool. AND you can use articles, features, how tos, etc. for it.
for example the modelgeek tools and supplies features section, the febuary 07 issue of FSM, a how to, feature, or article you saw in some other magazine or on another website.

So yes modification is A OK with me.

So the rules are:

- You can use articles, features, how tos, etc. for it.
for example the modelgeek tools and supplies features section, the febuaryy 07 issue of FSM, a how to, feature, or article you saw in some other magazine or on another website.

- You can modify an existing homemade or store-bought tools.
(which basically you made an entirely new tool out of that one tool)

- You can build a tool you designed. (well de la frickin duh!)

- All building materials are usable.

- All tools and hardware needed to assemble and complete the tool are usable.

Anybody have any ideas for a banner????????

If I've got it right. The members who are "signed on and interested in participating in the activity" are:
gator
RichardM
D_J_W
Matt????????

Anybody else want to join in??????

I didn't know if I should count myself in it or not since I'm resubmiting it. I looked over the guidlines and saw I needed the callsigns of 10 members who wanted to participate in the campaign.

Souds great! I would love to "experiment" something for this! In fact, I have something in my mind, and I would love to experiment it and share it with you!

I'm in. This might be a bit of a dumb question, but are there any restrictions on how complex/simple it has to be to qualify? For example, one thing I've been planning to make is an airbrush holder, which I'm sure will be a rather simple affair.

If you still need folks to participate, count me in. I have several ideas I'd like to give a shot at making. Just haven't had the reason or the time for that matter...go figure. "Q"

What kind of schedule are we looking at for this?
Sorry if this is an obvious question, I am new to the whole campaign thing...

I have a couple of ideas that may help me finally get closer to finishing a model, and this will give me the excuse I need to build them. Now if I only had plans for a machine to stop/slow time...
