There were some discussions about topic and I am going to stick with my first run down as seen here:

I am considering a MG Model of the Quarter and rotate genres.
For Example (not fixed yet)
Q1 (Jan - March) - Automobile
Q2 (April - June) - Sci-Fi/Fantasy
Q3 (July - Sept) - Rail Road
Q4 (Oct - Dec) - Real Space
To keep as many genres running as possible I'm going to alternate MOQ's with campaigns and group builds.
Here are rules - simple stuff.
1. You must finish the subject in the quarter specified.
2. The subject must be within the genre specified.
3. The subject can be a diorama/vignette, single subject, whatever: as long as it falls within the genre.
4. I will establish a gallery that you can upload for the quarter in the 1st month of the quarter.
5. You will upload ONE image to the gallery. Please name the image with your call sign and the following. MOQx where x is the quarter. Example slodderMOQ1 = me and Model of the Quarter 1
5a. You may upload more to your personal gallery to show more of the work.
6. Start a new thread in the appropriate forum with a title starting with MGMOG. Discuss your project and give any information you would like about it.
7. Uploading will be closed at the end of the last day of the quarter.
8. Voting will begin the 1st day of the following quarter and run for 2 weeks.
9. Voting will be done using the gallery voting system (one vote per member). High count wins.
10.he only prize (right now) is bragging rights so any KitMaker member is eligible.
These are effective 1/1/2007 and are subject to change.
