I've been checking from time to time to see how they're doing with my order. Today I can't even find them online. Anybody know anything? I used PayPal for this but I only have a 15-day cushion left now.

I tried getting into their site yesterday and had the same problem. Actually I've experienced this problem with Lucky Model several times in the last year and they always come back.

Dear Lee,
We are affected by the earthquake in Taiwan which destoryed some underwater cable. Thus, the band width to international access is down to 50%.
We are still waiting the restore and hopefully we can get all the things back on-line within 72 hours.

Hello Raymond!
Man, I am really glad to hear from you! Thanks for your reply. I understand the trouble - Japan has earthquakes constantly, but usually not big ones. I hope you get back to normal as soon as possible!
And thanks to the guys above who posted on this one. That helped a lot.

Hi Raymond,
Thanks for that, It's not been reported in the UK, no wonder I've not been able to get hold of the family.
Any injurys?
BTW You are back on but the bank isn't, any idea when they are going to be back?
Cheers
Craig
