No, not those kind. I'm talking about Fine Scale Modeler, MMIR, Military in Scale and Tamiya Modeling magazine. I have a boat load of the Fine Scales and a few years worth of the others. My question is, what is the best way to sell these off? By year, or as single issues?
Thanks in advance

Hi Wolfe,IMHO I would sell off complete years as they are,and poss those that follow on for a couple of issues. If selling on ebay you may find you 'll probably have to relist a couple of times. The market isn't exactly finicky,it depends on who is looking at the time, someone, somewhere will want those mags etc.Single issues can be the best bet because of weight=high postage.Last year I sold 10 yrs of FSM and the guy collected at a model show we were both going to,even though he had to wait 2 months to collect.HTH...Dave.

For shipping costs, advertise that you will ship media rate. It is very inexpensive but may take longer. You can ship a heavy package for a few bucks.

Wolfe,
As you are in the States, take care when dealing with overseas. It can be EXCEPTIONALLY expensive!! Early this year I tried to do the same; a gentleman from Europe was going to buy my FSM collection. If I recall correctly, it was about $70 or $80 to ship. 49 pounds of magazines ain't light. Anyhow, after a month + of bantering back and forth, it fell through

Good luck!!
