Hey all,

Tomorrow my wife and I leave for the annual trip to my parents for the holidays. They live in Boston Heights, Ohio which is near Hudson and Macedonia. All of my old shops are gone, so what is the best hobby shop in the area now? Cleveland is not to far and I know that there are a few of the bigger chain stores up there, but are there any really good, if not great mom & pop shops?

Since there are no close shops to where I live, when I visit it is really my time to browse and I'd like to have a good shop to kill an afternoon in. Any recommendations?

~ Thanks
~ Garth

Sorry for such a late reply...I bet you are back home from your visit here already But if you ever come back to Northeast Ohio for whatever reason, check out Al's Trains and Hobby, 708 Broadway Avenue, in Bedford. Also stop by Whistle Stop Hobby Shop, 2146 Front Street, and and Falls Hobby, 1928 Portage Trail, both in Cuyahoga Falls.

You could also try the Train Depot on 4342 W. 130th Street
Cleveland, Ohio.

The Whistle Stop is a new discovery for me. Kevin, the owner, has a good selection of armor and builds himself.
