Since I am joining the Army, I figured having the name USNavy didn't work too well. Thanks to Jim, I changed my name.

Congratulations on your enlistment. I'm in my 19th year and still going. The best decision I ever made.

Gday Jeff

A very warm welcome from little ol' New Zealand.

In the circumstances a name change is in order some would say compulsory LOL

Congrats on signing up I am sure you will do the Army and your country proud.

In the meantime pull up a keyboard and spend sometime enjoying this site and its friendship as a member.

Regards

Sean

Dave, sorry. Navy was my first love (gotta love naval aviation), but green and mud just appeals more to me now! ...that and there isn't a NROTC at Ball State, so Army'll have to do.

Thanks Brent. I haven't signed the dotted line yet, as I'm waiting for some medical paperwork to go through, but I hope to by January. I'll commission in May '08 (hopefully) and with any luck branch into Ordnance or MI, at least thats the plan. Hopefully the Army has the same plan in mind .

Sean, thanks for the warm rewelcoming. I've been a member for almost 3 years now and have enjoyed every minute. I can begin to count the people here that have dedicated time out of their lives to help me improve not just in making models, but as a person, and - again hopefully - as a Soldier. That warmth and friendship is what is constantly keeping me around.

Jeff
