It has 23 different size punches. It is possibly missing one, I received it this way, so I dont know if it originally came with 24? comes as shown, and includes the plastic dome cover..wooohoo!!

OK, I know this is probably going to be a stupid question, but, how exactly does it work? Ive never seen one of these before. Looks very interesting.

It works similar to a punch and die set. except you dont need the die part. Just the punches.
