I must have done something bad because I've been demoted from Staff Sgt to Private! I note on my account that I'm requested to send a new confirnation email, which I've done, but when I access my account again, to check my ranking settings, the same question is there.

Yes...more bugs in the post counting and ranks system. Okay here goes again....
