Hello all, just got the new AFV club centurion and was thinking about leaving engine housing open. Has anyone got pics of the engine, I think Iwould like to scratchbuild one. I did for the Tamiya 1046 Humvee and I think its pretty cool as I am just starting out about 18 months ago.
If anyone has done this or has pics or ref, links thanks too,
Cheers eh ?

How much do you want to show? You can scale them down from the 1/25 version, as I did. In fact, the kit makes an excellent reference for the whole interior.

Sterling, Barry Beldams book, "Canadian Centurion Gun Tanks" ISBN 0-9734277-0-1 is a very thorough reference for the whole vehicle. Quartermastersdepot.com carries it and decals for them, too. Worth the price as it's written from a modeller's viewpoint. I have it, and it's got about 35 pages just on the powerpack and drivetrain.

Also try Colin Filtness' webpage, Steel Thunder, (http://members.tripod.com/~steel-thunder/index.htm) which has lots of engine/trans pictures incorporated into its content
