I ordered something from Model Point on 11/13 and besides an order confirmation, have heard nothing about my order since... I have emailed the company on 5 different occassions requesting an update as to the status of my order. The product is in stock and the order shows pending approval. I explained to them that if they tried to withdraw the money from my debit account prior to the deposit clearing (typically 3 business days), that it may not go through. I asked (nicely) that they try again and haven't heard a word since my order was placed... I even called their toll free number and left a message which they have also chosen to ignore. I am never going to deal with Model point again and was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I don't reccommend dealing with them guys. They don't have the common courtesy to respond nor the professionalism. I dealt with them several times in the past and had good results, I don't understand what has happened this time. They have also rejected my two most recent emails. I guess I'm being punished because I ***** somebody off. Very childish behavior coming from a business if you ask me.
