Hi my name is Vince. I joined the armorama "gang" in October and have enjoyed reading the postings, tips and photo galleries. I just started building again after many years. My main interests are WWII figures and armor.....Happy Holidays to everyone.

Gday Vince
And welcome into the fold!
Somehow I acquired a navy blue sweater with DELAWARE emblazened across it... I'm guessing it represents your local University?
So do you build WWII Allied or otherwise?
Cheers
Brad

Assuming the letters are in gold/yellow, then it would be the University of Delaware, down the road from Wilmington in Newark, DE.
Used to be the home of the best Division Football (US-type) team in the country -- the Fightin' Blue Hens .... Then they move up a division & it hasn't been the same since ...

Yup, that's the one, John! The blue hens eh?
My local football(soccer) team went up a division, and were terrible also, the difference is we were bad to begin with... :-)

It's hard to beat an international welcoming committee!!! I've really enjoyed this site, the other members and all the information that is available here.
Brad, 1/35 scale WWII figures(allied & axis) are what I like to build the most. My plan is to use them in dioramas depicting actual combat situations. I live about 10 minutes from the University of Delaware...that sweater is a long way from home. Usually when I tell people where I'm from there response is Dela-Where?
Happy Holidays......Vince
