Colts game got moved to 8:15 pm so I probably won't get to watch all of it. Game of the week should hopefully be the Pats and Bears. Hope it is a good game. After what the Brady Bunch did last week maybe the Bear's D will get tested.

Smack Away,

4:15 kick off, I'm waiting. It was sad to see the Pats hand the Pack their heads. I do hope for a good solid game on both ends.

Bears couldn't win it with the Pats handing them the ball nearly a half dozen times. Before Dillion's last fumble, I thought only the Pats could throw it away. I was half-expecting another defense pass interference call on Samuel's interception.

Glad the Pats won. I know, being a Colts fan I should have been rooting for the NFC team but we have so many Bears Bandwagon Jumpers here in Indiana. There were 10 turnovers total in that game?
Hope the AFC over the NFC trend continues.
How bad did the Giants give it up?
Okay, everyone root for the Colts now.

Born in Kansas, I grew up dreading every time that Denver played Kansas especially at when it was at Denver, but this time was something else. Kansas destroyed Denver!

What I liked today was New Orleans' hail mary (like they needed it) against Atlanta at the end of the 2nd. That was an amazing catch.

Colts up by 7 in the 1st, I don't think the Eagles stand a chance with McNabb gone (or rather less than the small chance they had before he was injured ).

So the Colts beat the Eagles, but they still need to learn how to stop the rush. I just hope that Dallas Clark will be ok.

Yep, that made it really official, the Falcons are back to being The Falcons. Then of course there was also Michael Vick flipping off someone in the crowd, now that was a real class move.
Bottom line, it's all good, UGA beat Tech yesterday!!!

What the heck happened to the Giants??!! Up by 21, then they get outscored 24 to zip, man are there going to be some unhappy folks in NYC.

The Pats Bears game was "sloppy" but I still enjoyed it. Yeah I know what you mean Rob, I half expected another interference call myself, a couple of those were very nit-picky IMHO.

Finally, Go Colts!!

Mike

There is no truth to the rumor that EMS workers met the Giants in the runway to their locker room, and applied a group Heimlich maneuver.

Haha. I would hate to be that team today at practice. They are getting the smoking of their lives!

Second week I've won the office pool. I only missed the Giants/Titans, Redskins/Panthers and Broncos/Chiefs games.

Don't feel bad Rob. The Giants missed the fourth quarter, too.

From all reports it seems that Plummer is OUT! Thank goodness for that. At the start of last season I said it all came down to how well Plummer played, and he played well enough, for once, to get them to the AFC championship. I said the same thing at the beginning of this year, and he played down to my expectations. Their defense saved his but through 11 games, but that's over now. Long live Cutler. If you're going to have a QB making rookie mistakes, and throw more INTs than TDs you might as well have a rookie QB doing it, and learning from it. I'm not saying that Plummer is the only thing wrong with the Broncos, but he's a big part of it.
