FS vids to shareable format?

I have FS 2004.I can make a flight video.But I want to convert the .fsr format to an AVI or other format I can either post on Yout tube or on a photobucket type site to share easier.
Any thoughts?

Got it.
There is a free program called FRAPS which captures video.Then to reduce file size,I use Virtualdub to shrink the video .
