Hi Cookie,
Here are three that Olivier Carneau (Bison126) provided me when I asked a similar question earlier this year.
"Blast Models : 5, rue Crozatier (near Reuilly Diderot underground station) open hours Monday to Saturday
10 to 13hrs / 14 to 19hrs
Azimut Productions : 113 rue de Turenne (near Republique underground station) open hours unknown
Another one I've never seen but with a good reputation
Euromaquette : 88, rue de Charenton (near stations Gare de Lyon or Ledru Rollin) open hours Tuesday to Saturday 10 to 19hrs."
I went to all three and each are very good shops.
Hope this helps.
Scott

Thanks Scott
As I’m on a romantic weekend away with my wife it might be difficult getting to all three outlets. I could try and claim that at least one of these shops is a famous Paris Landmark.

Hi,
It depends from what you are looking for ?
Blast is specialized in 1/35 figures and tank and PE.
Euromaquette have a really really nice collection of 1/35 dioramas, and the guys at the desk are cool (unlike Blast)
If you're looking for a more generalist modelshop, try Eol, 3 rue du louvres, Louvre station : boats, planes, figures etc... but their prices are higher !
Don't hesitate to ask me supplemental questions !!
Best and happy trip in Paris
Julien
