I just wanted to say hello from our Internet Cafe here at Telford. This show is HUGE! We have been here more than 4 hours already and I haven't even scratched the surface of things to see yet.

I wanted to give a big congrats though to Mal and the whole KitMaker IPMS-UK branch for making a great stand and offering this Internet service here at the show (the only place available to visitors to access the net). The stand looks great and is filled with a variety of wonderful models by members.

I am just having trouble using this UK keyboard a bit... the keys are reversed. Just kidding they are just a bit smaller in places.

Cheers,
Jim

Have a few pints, and take Vinnie for a good old fashion thrill drive.

Hi all,

A good time is being had by all. It's 17.45, and the event is about to close for today. Just a few shots of the Kitmaker Stand, and the 'internet cafe'

More tomorrow.

Cheers

Yeah Derek,

It must have been a real effort for her to wrap you all the way round her little finger :-) :-)

We had a great time yesterday, it was really good to see everyone again, Allan want's to come back today, but the plastic won't stand it.

Cheers,

Craig

A crisp early morning, the sun shines, and another beautifull day starts.

One vendor hall. There is one more hall like this, and the same for our stand. Oh, and the competition... :-) .

These are some of the Comp entries, as a taster.

Wish you were here....

Cheers

Hi Henk & Jim & all of the other brothers who are there.

I really must manage to get myself up to Telford one year as the taster pics look really great. keep the camera finger busy, we will expect lots of pictures next week.

Have a fabulous day to everybody that is present there.

well its time to add my part, what an excellent show, a big thanks to all the guys who helped run the stand, all the traders who took cash of me :-) and all the people i spoke to over the weekend.

Mal who again pulled it all together,

a big thanks have to go to Derek and Courtney who ran the tombolla and help generate some money towards the internet cafe.

a special thanks have to go to JIm and Charles who made the trip over i hope it was worth it, and it was great to have met you both after all these years, and hopefully you will come again. I know i will have to make the trip the other way now and see how you run shows in the USA.

i have plenty of pictures to post but i now need some sleep as its been a long week end

cheers

Derek,

Only when he's asleep :-) (and he snores then as well)

Excellent day out for us, he's taken his badge to school today because his teacher ( NOT VINNIE) thought that it was cool that he was going to a National Competition, perhaps I'm going to have to go and show the brats a bit of history in Plastic

Thanks to all the guys who made an effort on the stand, especially Mal,I think that it was by far and away the best club site there ( I am now hiding under the desk before the flame war starts)

Really good day Chaps :-) :-) :-) (HSBC might as well call in my mortgage now)

Cheers

Craig

It was a good show just a shame couldnt have been there both days as this year one day wasnt enough to do everything in. Cant believe I spent all day avoiding cameras and having my photograph taken and Henk managed to get one of me and my boyfriend talking to Holdfast infront of the stand. Looking forward to the show next year already.

Camogirl and I had a great time on Saturday (even got me signed up on the forum) and even joined the IPMS. Wish we could have been there on the Sunday as well as we only got half of what we wanted to do done. Love the sneaky photo of Camogirl and I talking to holdfast, I'll have to keep an eye on you Henk Hope to be there for the full weekend next year.

It was, as usual, great to meet every one, again in some cases and for the first time in others. It was, of course, especially great to meet Jim and Charles, making the long trip from the States. Rui as well coming over from Portugal. It will be even better next year, this was just a test run.

Keith, I have started planning my Lysander Dio

I too had a great time, thank you all.

Excellent show, although I've got to say Im glad I only arrived at about 12.45 on the Sunday - I dont think my bank balance could have coped with a whole weekend .

Not being a member of a club, it was nice to speak to some fellow modellers and it was great talking to Mal and Henk. PS, thanks Henk for the guided tour of your Armorama featured Puma. Anyway, until next year
