Ok - I want to get a recount from those interested in a campaign to coincide with others. Here is you chance to get two for one. This campaign can piggy back on others you're joining so don't be shy.

I would like to get another head count on those interested in a MGU - Assembly campaign. This one will focus on all things in the preparation and assemply of a kit OOTB. ANY Kit, Any genre is Ok.

I'm in - not sure what yet but I'm in

Any genre is ok?
I have a M997 Maxi-Ambulance in progress, a 105mm Howitzer and a Lav-25 Air Defence kit on the way. Also have 3 or 4 sets of figures waiting in line if any kit OOB is acceptable.

Hey Scott,

I'm interested, got some plastic 1/16 figs that fit the bill.... but.... what sort of time frames are we talking about? I'm pretty much swamped for the rest of the year with current projects at work, home and hobby/site-wize...

Well if all goes well it will be a full campaign starting January '07 and running two months.
Any genre any type of kit will work.

MGU = ModelGeek University.

This campaign is one that will focus on the assembly of a kit. It will be a bit of a normal 'group build/campaign' where you build a kit. I differes in that I will be assigning readings for everyone on (roughly) a weekly basis. One or two features on a particular aspect of assemply - IE Cleaning a plaster kit or Removing parts fro sprues. Then I will foster comments/discussions for a week or so it.

Hey Scott,

When you say "any kit", that means any medium as well? Plastic, resin, metal, vinyl, plaster all okay?

It might sound like a dumn question, but I'm sure someone else out there is wondering the same

Rudi -never a bad question.

Any kit is any kit any media. Resin, vacuform, sytrene, injected, plaster, white metal you name it.
