Hi,
This is to one and all, I will be away from the forums for a while. On 11/12/06 I was diagnosed with Pneumonia. Pretty bad in the right lung and the left lung has it a little bit. The Doctor says it will take me about 6 weeks to heal up. See ya soon.

Take care and lay low... :-)

Been there too, not fun, but do take it easy. Similar complications will keep me from competing in a 300KM bike race next year... Normally I bike about 100KM a week, but haven't been able to do any biking since September... hence no race

Take good care of yourself. This stuff isn't hard to get but hard to shake off. Most dangerous when you first think you are getting better and try to push yourself. That's when it kicks your butt into next week.
See you soon!

Sorry to hear it. You are in my prayers for a complete, timely recovery.

Stay away from sugar though as it depresses the immune system...

Sorry to hear the news Chris, please take care, and do as the doctors suggest.
I've been living the past 2 years with an incurable, and progressive lung disease. As you can imagine, somedays it's just not easy dealing with it.
