I have used Chameleon Stripper and it has worked as advertised. Note that though a bit $$$$, it is reusable.

I Use Castrol Super Clean (and the cheap Equiv) with good results. Just soak for a day (sometimes more for stubborn paint gently scrub and rinse off!!
