They knew what style and taste was..... Three names ladies and gentlemen.... Auburn, Cord and Duesenberg. I'd like to see ANYTHING from today get the same legendary status as they have....

How bout the GT40...then and now. Or ferrari...or if your into cycles how bout Triumph although the latest version doesn't hold a candle to the old charm and charisma the old ones have...but the lighting is better..or a duc?!

CB750, the bike that killed the British bike industry almost singlehandedly...still, for pure poetry in motion, the CB550F (the original one, not the modern replica..) wins hands down. That bike I realy miss, and would love to have another one.

You've got to admire a man who has the b***s to ride a bike like that flat out, what with it not having any real brakes to speak of.
0-60 4.6 sec
60-0 1min 15sec

Owned 4 H-2s...last one was a 73' done in cafe style...clip-ons, rear sets, dual discs up front, euro swing arm for the 1" longer length, shaved heads, wirges pipes, 1 1/2" cut front springs and a Gast stage 2 port job...ran on nothing less than 87 octane{92 was best}...blew the side covers off my friends ZX10 with a stage 3 kerker kit...truely scary fast! Took me the longest time, 1st one I got, to get used to that dang "no down/all up" shift pattern!!!!!!!!! Mirrors were useless above idle...coulda been a semi or a yugo behind me and I couldn't tell...but it was always behind me-hehehe. My buddy thought his waterbuffalo was fast-Ha!
Easiest bikes owned- my 84' Yami FJ1100 or my 79' RD400DSP.
The one that got away- my father-in-laws 67' Bonnie...imron black repaint with 69' cross over pipes...wife said the 3 I had at the time were enough.
Most treasured- my grand fathers old Ducati Darma till I blew the diode{yeah-over reved}...dumb young kid I was then thought it was trashed and gave it away...wish I knew then what I do know now!!!!!
Fun Cars I owned- my 86' GLH turbo/62' Galaxie/72' Plymouth Sebring.

You guys forgot about the Vincent Black Shadow...there's one 3 towns fron here that rides around regularly..god bless him!!!
