Hi Art,

I haven't been to Fort Huachuca for many years now, but I'm sure it hasn't changed too much. It was the same when my son was stationed there as when I was stationed there almost 30 years before. Hmm July, well can we say HOT, shade is at a premiem, and you'll love the ants, they are big enough to cast shadows. It's been there a long time so if you like history you'll find some, Geronimo surrendered there, lots of desert to roam around in. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place, just in the middle of nowhere, and oh yeah HOT.

All the Best to You.

I was Stationed there in the early 90's. In 27 years of military service i've seen my share of posts, from MCRD San Diago to Ida Oberstine Germany. Of all the places Fory Huachuca is the one i'd go back to in a heart beat. My wife still wants to go back.

Talk about a long-dead thread. Anyone moved in to Sorry Vista, since?

Cheers,

I'm looking at a job down there but to be honest the lack of any modeling community down there, let alone a retail shop, has been a big strike against moving down there. I think Tucson is the closest place with a model shop isn't it?
