Following on from the 'filthy lies' thread, there was a news article on the BBC last night about some archive film shot in Russia by the Germans and found in a church in Devon (don't ask me). Contains some cherishable bits of comment which may have you reaching for the mute button... got to watch it just for the sight of Germans failing to roll logs.

Thanks for the link. The BBC seem to be somewhat under the (mis)apprehension that they've invented the wheel though... Footage like this is NOT as unusual as they seem to think. You're right about the interviews though - you'd think they could have provided some subtitles :-)
