ok it's this Saturday guys. Starts sometime around 1 and ends sometime around 5. All meetings from now on are held at Keith's store, so there is more of a time flexibility than ever. If anyone talks to Keith this week remind him to bring in those parts he cast for my Yamato conversion. I'll bring in the superstructure which I built this past month.

Just curious how does one join the club? What requirments? And what goes on? Very interested as there doesn't seem to be any around in Killeen/Ft. Hood area.

just show up on Saturday and say that you want to join. No dues, no polygraphs or fingerprints. You might want to bring some stuff to work on if you are able to tear yourself from the front where the Hobby shop is. Directions for you...just run North on 35 (head towards Dallas at the split) when you come up to the 635 intersection, go right (it is south or east...Something like that) Exit at Preston road which is about 3 - 5 miles down the road go North (left) follow until you come to Campbell road (about 5 miles up the road) turn right and then turn right immediatly into the little corner strip mall. You'll see the Hobby shop in the corner.

Will there be a meeting this month with Thanksgiving and all? Hopefully I can have My A-10 finished by then.

I don't know why not. The store will be open and hopefully the store full of real customers we can recruit as well. Other than some great football games, what else would you want to be doing? Going to the malls with the other 3 million other people and pushing and shoving for X-mas shopping?

The answer is "ABSOLUTELY".... and Armorama members who attend will receive a 33% discount off list price on all the non-red-tag product in the store.... and an additional 10% off the red tag stuff, which is already at mail order prices! At our discount prices, that is better than what you would find at the old Hobby Lobby 40% off sales!

Offer good THAT SATURDAY ONLY.... so come in and stock up.

Hey if any of you guys has or can locate a source for chain hooks, bring it with you to the meeting. I think I may have a solution to tie down but some extra hooks would be just as useful.

Guh-roovy.

I'll see if I can make it. I'm having arthroscopic knee surgery the day before Thanksgiving, so I don't know how well I'll be walking on Saturday yet.

But I'll make it if I can, with something to show off hopefully.
