just like to say hello im new to the site but i've been modeling for about 25 years im really into the modern stuff ,, dont do ww11 tigers or shermans

Hi Ian i too am a new member and would just like to say hello, also i think you should have a go at modelling WW2 kits you'd really enjoy it as it's like bringing back to life a piece of history only small enough to fit on your shelf at home instead of a museum

welcome to the site i'm new too, i agree modern stuffs good, i'm building tamiya's pibber at the mo, and also italeri's 1/48 tomcat but i agree with my bro have a go at ww2 you'll be hooked. but if not just keep builging and have fun that's what i do.

thanks for all the welcomes guys ,,, i did start with ww11 stuff in the 80,s when i first got into 1/35th scale there was then as there is now an abundace of tigers panthers and shermans ,, i dont knock ww11 as i have a keen interest in all armour ,, i used to be in the army where i drove 436's in the royal signals .
i also enjoy large scale figure and bust , as well as motor bikes and just about anything else you can model . im starting to get the hang of adding good quality pics on here now so watch this space ,, i'll be adding more soon .. thanks again to everyone
