Hey all!
I just wanted to say "Hi" after being gone so darn long! I miss talking with all of you, but, my 'puter took a rest and I've finally woken it up!

Still working on the '70 GTO pro stock and also a little something special just to be different.

I'll be back soon with some current pix of my personal AND professional builds on the workbench!

PEACE, my brothas and sistas!

Money's tight, we always find more.
Love abounds.
Work is not as busy as I'd like, but I got a dollar raise after only a month!
And I haven't glued my fingers together in a while.

All in all, not bad!

Yeah, so as to what I've been working on lately. I did an El Camino for a friend and scratched out a motorcycle trailer for it to pull. It was such a fun build. It has done wonders for my surface prep and finishing results. Doing fancy cars with a mirror-like finishes is such a leap from flat military finishes...I hate it! Paint, let dry, sand, paint, let dry, sand and so on, and so on. Puts patience to the test.
It also inspired me to try my hand at extreme chops. I came across another El Camino model and decided to create a (Drumroll please)

1965 Phantom GTO/El Camino option that GM never tried. I like to call her "El Cabra" which, in Spanish is "The Goat"

I have 2 sneak peeks off of my cellphone camera. Very bad pictures from the first joining of the roof/rear bed of the '65 El Camino to the front end/doors /windshield frame of the '65 GTO convertable. I also had to make the panel trim of the GTO blend into the panel of the El Camino to look intended. What fun!

Yes, Horrible pix, but, the clear coat just went over the paint, so better pix are coming.

Gotta get to work, so, see ya'll l8r

Cuhail

P.S. Questions?
