Who does the background investigation on the GSO? For al we know the GSO is run by Sgt Shultz from Hogan's Heroes And who is this " Helga"? Is she the secratary for Col Klink? The GSO thinks he has the power He doesn't I do I'm the militia Commander

As leader of the GSO, I personally vouche for my security. As for who is responsible for the interrogations of the GSO, I like any loyal DSB citizen don't wait for the knock at the door, but start the interrogation as soon as I have the slightest though i may be thinking thoughts that are thought to be deviant thoughts! 1. Still, how can no one knows about Fluvian prior to GSO's announcement.

2. If Fluviania is located in some Sushi Peninsula, wouldn't it make Sushi the biggest Fluvian, and if it's called Fluviania, why its citizens are not called Fluvianian? But Fluvian.

3. What they do so dauntlessly wrong in Fluviania? I mean they build planes or what? if so, is Penny a Fluvian?
