Hold & Fold tools are available in England via The Small Shop Europe
The EtchMate tool is available via url=http://www.missionmodels.com/product.php?productid=16457]Mission Models[/url] [url=[/url] but I don't know if there is a European sales source.
Which size were you looking for, and were you looking for a second-hand one at less than list prices? I ask as I have a Hold & Fold 4" unit with three 4" fold blades (a $60.50 value by TSS.US, 52.50 Euro by TSS.Eu, shipping extra on both)
Let me know if you are interested. I can send pictures of the unit if you like.
