my model club, rocky mountain shipwrights, http://www.rkymtnshipwrights.org having its annual show 28oct thru 11nov. we will have 40-60 models, mostly wooden sailing ship models. some are scratch built, many are kitbashed and some are straight kits. will also have some in various stages of construction (like my armed virginia sloop (AVS) i am just starting).
