Where is a good place to get detail kits online? I'm having trouble locating one good source with most everything a modeller would need.

I would honestly start right here with advertisers there are some great one.
The top toolbar is Greatmodels and they have a TON of stuff. Just type n a search item and hit go.
Lucky Models is a very strong online shop.
RedFrog has gotten some good comments recently.
