I'm trying to place an order using the webstore at the top of the page, since it seems to have a few items I'm having a hard time finding elsewhere. Unfortunately, when I click 'add to cart' I'm taken to a page (still on this site) that remains blank from the banner down, and Internet Explorer indicates it is 'done.' When I click the 'Cart' button, I'm told that nothing is in my cart. I'm signed in, my browser is accepting cookies, and I've lowered my security setting to try to get this to work - still without any luck. It seems to work with the Firefox browser, but I prefer IE.

Please help!

Do you have any built in pop up blockers or add on pop up blockers stopping the process.
I had someone at work who had a toolbar that did blocking and the results sound similar.

Secondly - why not use firefox for one order then go back to IE?

You may have to go to their actual website and set up an account, and log in before your shopping cart works. If I recall, the last time I ordered from them (it's been a long time) I forgot to log in, and ended up on a merry go round trying to total out my cart, it kept bringing me back to their home page :-) :-)

I'm not 100% sure but I think sometimes they have some of their servers down at night. Many times I'll be surfing the site and while I can see most of the pages, the pictures of all the kits are just the Red X. Then the next day the pics are back. I also seem to have issues ordering late at night. You'll have to adjust your timezone to match that of Great Models. I think they are in Utah USA

Well, I know it was working fine last night, so does my credit card. :-) :-)

I've been having troubles getting to their site as well.
