While in Canada, I read about an article called VINAMOLD.... as I understand it from thier website, it is available in three densities, and does exquisite detail. Best of all, it is not only cheap (about $8 per pound, vs 30 per pound for RTV), but you can also MELT it back down and RE-USE it. I get grouchy when I think of the HUNDREDS of dollars I've wasted on RTV molds that had to be redone.
HAS Anyone found a US dealer for this product, or is it only available in Canada and the UK? Any "tricks or tips" on using vinamould? Does it require a release agent?

Only thing that turns me off a little is it has to be heated how much is what I want to know. Plaster and cement can take heat but as to plastic or resin this I guess we will have to wait and find out. the rubber that we use does produce heat but not that much keep us informed sounds like it might be good

It says on the Saftey Sheet 150 C which is about 270 F. Thant may not be good for Plastinc or resin Masters................... D'oh D'oh
