That one is easy: Avenue Hobbies in Chatswood. Barry's prices are hard to beat (locally) and are 20 % below any others I 've seen locally for DML. He also stocks a lot of hard to find aftermarket and most importantly he is a modeller so knows what he is selling

Toms Dicount Models in West Ryde (5 mins from work)
Battlebridge Books in Parramatta (10 mins from work)
Albury Hobby Centre via our Club.
If you are looking for a club I'd recommend AMMS Sydney as a nice bunch of guys who meet first Friday of the month at Blacktown Workers Club Travelodge:
