I was looking through my files and I realized that my reference pictures of German tank markings from WWII are quite terrible, many of them seeming to be plain wrong or disputible. I am looking for high accuracy, especially when it comes to the Schwere Panzer Abteilungen and SS Panzer Divisions. Thanks. I can glady return the favour with British and Canadian markings.

The "Panzer Colors" series of books by Squadron/Signal has a lot of good reference pictures in regards to unit markings. I have used them several times to reference different things. There are three volumes. Panzer Colors I covers German camoflage from 1939 to 1945. Panzer Colors II and III cover German unit markings from 1939 to 1945.
They are available from Squadron/Signal. If you can pick up a set I highly recommend them.
