Does anyone have or know where I can get a 1/35th kit of one of these vehicles? I believe ADV released one a while ago, but I can not find a single thing online.

We have many French members who maybe able to help you. Payment should not be a problem if both have a paypal account.

That would be really great!
edit: Apparently the DES kits are all resin, and are wonderful kits, so you know what that means... High price tag. The german SPW on the MCG is a mere $140 on Mission Models, and the MCG by itsself is a mere 70 euro.
I was going to convert it into a Mortar carrier the 21 Panzer used, but that price is a little high

:-) Des kits are not cheap that's for sure,
you might find what you are looking for here, but he does tell you that Des kits are extremely slow on filling his restocking orders.
