Hi,
I have been looking at this site for ages, but never bothered to sign up (don't know why) anyway very cool site and i love reading peoples tips & tricks and the models are really cool.
I have discovered a site where you can view and download WWII maps and then just re-size them in MS word. See what you think.

You can go to http://www.mapquest.com and get a map for pretty much any where in the world.....right click on the map you want....and save it as a .gif file on your harddrive.....reduce it down with photoshop or similar program and viola.....map for your 1/35scale soldiers.

I just shrink maps on the copy machine at the store. Works just fine and it's cheap.

Very nice, Dogz, appreciate it. That URL went into my "Hobby File". You can never have too many map resources, I say. They look great laying on top of a turret, or just sitting out on an ammo case. I think they lend something to the piece.
Welcome aboard.
